There’s so much to take in right here in the foyer and every bit sets the tone for the main level of this Roswell Remodel. Large windows from the living room provide the entire space with natural light to take it all in. Board and batten white walls. Beautiful hardwoods. Sleek new railings.
Another great view of the foyer. The rich, warm color on the door pops in this space.
The foyer leads directly into this inviting living room space. The board and batten is carried into this space as well. Shiplap provides a different texture to the fireplace and elongates an already tall space. The rustic mantle contrasts the neutral space and ties in perfectly with the hardwoods throughout the downstairs of this home.
You’re just beginning to tour this transformation and I’m sure you’ve already noticed the design elements that perfectly fill in this space. A huge shout out to Truth & Co for their amazing design work on this project.
Opening up the wall from the living room into the kitchen makes for a seamless transition.
The neutral color scheme flows throughout, creating one cohesive space. By extending the back of the home to create an amazing outdoor living area and sunroom, we’ve been able to let more natural light into this bright kitchen.
This clean and airy kitchen is comprised of the perfect details. Shiplap. A custom metal hood vent. Warm wooden touches on the island. Custom cabinets. Quartz countertops. White subway tile.
The addition of the wine room in the kitchen space is simply classic. It provides a splash of color with the blue-gray custom cabinets and wooden open shelf wine racks.
The addition of this cozy sunroom continues to implement our theme of natural light, neutral colors, and perfectly welcoming spaces. The rustic beam over the opening of this room is highlighted by its warmth and contrast to the white colors throughout. Who wouldn’t want to curl up on a couch and read a good book in this room?
Just through the grand sliding doors in the kitchen is an outdoor living area that’s the perfect extension to the current living spaces. Furnished just right by Truth & Co, this space calls your name for a lazy afternoon or a warm fire on a cool night.
Back inside we check out a couple more corners of this remodel.
This little nook from the kitchen to dining room is a sweet butlers pantry that leads to the dining room.
The new laundry room is not only flawless, but it doubles as a side door entry and mud room. The custom cabinetry, butcher block countertops, and unique lighting fixtures make this space inviting, even if it’s to do laundry and unload backpacks!
Lastly, let’s check out the exterior transformation. Fresh paint. The addition out back. New shutters. Custom railings. The stone fireplace. Hidden storage below the back porch. It’s simply a vision.
As usual a big THANK YOU to our amazing photographer Kelley Klein. You’re a rock star!!
